Q. How do I contact your Customer Services?
A. For all enquiries please use our Contact us page and we will respond to your message as soon as possible.

Q. Is the Lost Minis Wiki web site and the Miniatures Workshop web site run by the same people?
A. Lost Minis Wiki and Miniatures Workshop are both hosted on the same domain and paid for by us.
However the members of Lost Minis Wiki (except myself) have no affiliations with Miniatures Workshop.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We are currently only accepting PayPal payments for non-UK customers.
UK customers may also pay by Cheque, Postal Order or Cash.
(We strongly advise that Postal Orders and Cash are sent using a Recorded Signed-For service)

Q. Do you ship to my country?
A. Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world.

Q. Can I choose my own shipping method?
A. Currently we only ship using Royal Mail, all orders we send are fully insured against loss or damage.

Q. How much will it cost to ship my item?
A. Our shipping prices are very simple, no matter how many figures you buy the price is always the same.
Flat rate prices are:
UK = £3.00
International = £5.00

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. We aim to dispatch all orders by 1st class post within 24 hours of received payment, excluding Sundays.

Total shipping time depends on your location. Suggested delivery times according to the Royal Mail website are:

  • Uk - Next working day.
  • Western Europe - Within 3 working days.
  • Eastern Europe - Within 5 working days.
  • Major Cities Worldwide - Within 5 working days
  • Other Destinations - Within 7 working days.

Q. Do you offer a guarantee?
A. Yes we offer a 30-day money back guarantee, even if you just change your mind. Just notify us and send you item back
in the same condition that you received it and we'll refund your original payment, no quibbles.
