Acorn was founded in 1978 by Robinson Cameron, who had previously sold miniatures under the Jackboot line. Acorn primarily sold 80mm 20th century military figures, along with finely detailed "head" sculpts, but also sold nude figures sculpted by Cliff Sanderson. It is not known when they went out of business.

Base markings
Acorn figures are easily identified by the word "acorn" in lowercase on the majority of bases. In some cases the sculptor and a model reference number is also visible.
Acorn base marking - in this example the sculptor is Cliff Sanderson and the model reference is MFH

Nude figures 80mm
No listing of figures or reference numbers for this range has been found (yet) so the names assigned to each miniature are simply placeholders for now. Sculpted by Cliff Sanderson.
