Autoduel!
From Lost Minis Wiki

T-Rex Miniatures & Steve Jackson Games produced this Autoduel! range of 15mm figures for the "Car Wars" game which was first published in 1980. Production of the range was later passed to Grenadier Models in 1983 and advertised in the first four issues of Autoduel Quarterly [3]. The adverts showed no images other than a sketch of the ‘Hotshot’ and no further adverts appear in the magazine. According to SoL [2], Grenadier added pack 6210 to the range. However, pack 6210 has been seen at auction in the original T-Rex blister without any mention of Grenadier. Most figures were based on designs by Denis Loubet.
Note: These are very similar in style to Citadels C42 Battlecars.
