Dark Horse Miniatures (or Dark Horse Designs) was formed in 1979 by Ian Lungold and Wolfgang Trippe. The company moved to Idaho in 1981. They published a newsletter called "Dark Times". [1]
Dark Horse Miniatures was acquired by Goldring Miniatures in 1987. Goldring disappeared around 1989 or 1990.
