Character Options released this Doctor Who (Micro Universe) series of 35mm figures between November 2007 and September 2008. The series is now OOP. A very simple game, BoardGameGeek rated it 3/10 [1], the series consisted of 32 figures that are more like 28mm than 35mm in scale, plus 7 spacecraft model toys. Figures were released with differing "collectible" rarity and some you could only get by buying the Spacecraft models. The figures were pre-coloured to a basic standard.
