Soldiers & Swords produced these FantaCity boxed floorplan sets that contained a number of lead-free miniatures. A "MegaCity Pack" (311100) was eventually released combining all of the floorplans but none of the figures. Dated 1993.

FantaCity Map Pack 001
- Plans: Pub, Toll House, Armorer/Weaponsmith, Cottage with Outhouse
- Note: the "Drunkard" is in both pack 1 (verified) and 2 (unverified).
- Note: the "Old Bar Wench" is in both pack 1 (verified) and 2 (verified).

- Plans: Inn/Tavern, Grist Mill, Local Law w/ Jail, House
- Unverified: figures assumed to be the ones from the Fantasy series.
- Note: the "Drunkard" is in both pack 1 (verified) and 2 (unverified).
- Note: the "Old Bar Wench" is in both pack 1 (verified) and 2 (verified).

- This pack also included a copy of Realms Issue 1.
- Note: the "Young Bar Wench" is in both pack 2 (unverified) and 3 (verified).

FantaCity Map Pack 004
- Plans: Chapel, Pawn/Exchange Shop, Livery/Stable, Warehouse
- Unverified: figures assumed to be the ones from the Fantasy series.
- Note: the "merchant" is in both pack 4 and 5. Both unverified.
- Note: the "horse" is the only figure in these packs that is not found in the Fantasy series.

- Plans: Wizard's Guild, Mausoleum, Thieves' Guild, General Store
- Unverified: figures assumed to be the ones from the Fantasy series.
- Note: the "merchant" is in both pack 4 and 5. Both unverified. The only one to double-up in this way.
