Fantasy Collector Series
From Lost Minis Wiki
Ral Partha's Fantasy Collector Series was first produced in 1979. It has a complicated history: it was produced under two coding schemes - CSxx (earlier, the 1970s) and 02-xxx (later, 1980 onwards). The numerical part of the codes were the same in both cases: e.g. CS20 was equal to 02-020. This page uses the later 02-xxx format by default. In addition, up until 1985, the models were all sculpted by Tom Meier. In 1985 figures by Bob Charrette were added to the range and the range was split under new sub-headings: Fantasy Armies (packs of figures), Engines of War, Player Characters (individual figures) and Monsters.
Note: this page details the earlier Tom Meier figures, but these figures were also part of the Fantasy Armies (Ral Partha) series.
Elves
02-001 Wood Elves
- 02-004 holds a pike with different styles of pennant; the figure seems the same. In the catalogues 02-004 is variant (b); variant (c) uses the pike from figure 02-007; and pike (a) is unknown.
02-006 Sea Elves
02-009 High Elves
- 02-009 Before 1985 this figure is a "High Elf", but from the 1985-1993 the same figure is listed as a "Sea Elf".
