Company History
Fenryll Miniatures was founded sometime prior to 2004. Adiken Miniatures, owned by Fantastic Forges Inc., was accused of pirating some Fenryll figures sculpted by Sylvain Quirion and Gaël Goumon [1]. Adiken and its parent company are now out of business. Apparently the matter was settled out of court with an agreement that Adiken remove their figures from their catalog [Source: Sylvain Quirion ]. Genuine Fenryll miniatures are cast in resin, with square bases, while Adiken's figures were minor, unauthorized conversions of the Fenryll sculpts, which might be cast in metal and may not have had square bases.
Mega Miniatures was licensed to distribute Fenryll sculpts in the USA - these figures were cast in resin. However, they also produced at least one series of Fenryll figures cast in metal: see She Warriors. These metal figures are not documented on the Fenryll pages - see Mega Miniatures for these instead.
