Hobby Products was involved in a couple of boardgames, one of which came with miniatures and the other of which did not. These are listed on this page.
Kalahen (1989)
This boardgame was created by P. Janssens & J. Vanaise and comes with Dutch, French, German and English instructions. Included in the box was a special pack of 6 metal figures provided by Hobby Products. The game plays 3 to 6 players with each player controlling a "warrior to find a magical formula composed of 3 parchments and bring it back to his castle". The game design was by Big Bad Wolf S.A. and the game was published by Flying Turtle Games in 1989. At least 3 different sets of 6 figures were supplied in the box - compare boardgamegeek.com with luding.org.
Domain (1991)
Domain plays similarly to Dungeonquest with random tile placement in a castle labyrinth as the game progresses. The game was published by Hobby Products but despite picturing Metal Magic figures on the side of the box, it contains only cardboard stand-ups as the player pieces. However, Hobby Products also produced their own range of paints called Metal Magic Colours and this included a boxed starter set with 5 paints and a unique figure - this figure is Algrim the Warlock from the Domain boardgame but it has a much later 1998 stamp on the base.
