Heracles Miniatures was apparently a division of Maquette Phenix. “Maquette” meaning “scale model”, it’s possible that this was a company selling or making scale models in plastic. The only known figures that were released were a set of 10 models science fiction themed models. These were apparently called “Imperial Company of Security”. Four of the figures were shown in Casus Belli issue #55 [1].
