Lance & Laser was owned by Erik Morrice. The company produced several ranges of miniatures for licensed properties as well as their own generic fantasy line. In 2008 - 2009 they sold several of their ranges off to other companies with the bulk of the assets and the rights to the Lance & Laser name going to Armorcast as the successor company.
