Series 77 was founded by Pat Bird and John Tassel to produce 77mm size miniatures, hence the company name. Their only fantasy line were released around November 1979. In the early 90s Pat Bird decided to retire and sold the company however the new management were unable to make the business a success. Around 2006 there was an attempt to bring the miniatures back however the sculptor, Pat Bird, passed away.
