Silverhawk Miniatures In Color

Most miniature collectors know Silverhawk Miniatures for my online E-bay Store. That was all an after thought. I started painting miniatures in 1984 when I was only 5 years old. My dad bought me a few Grenadier models to slap some paint on to keep me out of his stuff and that is how the obession began. I continued to paint on and off after that but it wasn't until college that I began painting on E-bay. My wife and I had been married 2 months when we found out we were having a baby. Given we were both poor and in college, we had to come up with a way to pay the bills so I painted some loose miniatures I had and sold them on e-bay. When these ran out, I had so much commission work I abandoned selling painted minis on e-bay and sold the unpainted old classic suff. Usually, I send a batch of stuff I painted to Gen Con for the auction to cover my convention costs. Most recently, I have started painting old Ral Partha minis stamped 1979 or earlier and Grenadier Miniatures. I also am working on the poorly sculpted TSR line from 1983.
