Smart Max produced this Smog, The Thirteenth Hour range of miniatres for the tactical combat game of the same name published by Smart Max Corporation Ltd set. The game was described as a "Victorian fantasy in Steampunk London". Figures were resin in 1:35 scale (50mm). This IP was later used by CMON in Kickstarters for two newer boardgames featuring some of the figures from this series.
