Citadel's Space Marine (Game) was first released in 1989 and introduced infantry to the Warhammer 40k Epic range. It was designed to be used either as a standalone game or in conjunction with Adeptus Titanicus. A second edition was released in 1991 which again could be used by itself or along with Titan Legions.
