Squadron/Rubin was a precursor to Grenadier Models. It was founded in Detroit, USA by Ray Rubin and (probably) Jerry Campbell of "Squadron". Squadron was founded in 1968 and still exists: it changed hands to Knot Models in April 2021. [1]
