Tactical Miniatures were likely founded in 2003 and were bought by Armorcast in 2008. [1] They manufactured 28mm Modern Law Enforcement 'Bad Guys' along with urban terrain and bases under the brand name of "Urban Chaos". The Armorcast release revamped the original product codes. [2].
