Oddball Miniatures were a one-man-band business owned by a chap called Ben. He was based in Farnborough, Hampshire (UK), and used to be a regular at the modelling and gaming shop I owned at the time. Sadly, I've lost contact with him since closing the shop down, although I think I probably have his phone number around somewhere.

I recently discovered one each of two sets he released. As far as I know, this was all he released, although there may have been a few individual figures as well. I'll put photos up once I've cropped them clipped the backgrounds.
