Team Frog Studios was founded in 1987 by Paul Arden Lidberg. They are a game publisher using the imprints Crunchy Frog Enterprises and Nightshift Games. They produce games with supporting lines of miniatures. They acquired the Living Legends & $tar Corp$ lines from Lance & Laser in 2009, and they ran some unfulfilled Kickstarter projects in 2012 & 2013.

Kickstarter Controversy
Team Frog Studios ran a Kickstarter (Nov 2012) for Super Fogeys [3], a miniatures combat and role-playing game based on the web comic of the same name. The game would use the already existing Super-Powered Miniatures Combat rules from Team Frog Studios. They followed this first Kickstarter up with another one (Jan 2013): this time for Zombie Stomp [4], another miniatures combat game based on the same ruleset. As of Sep 2015 (2.5 years later) neither project has reached completion.
This led to considerable outcry from the project backers - which can be read about elsewhere online [1], [5], [6]. The sculptor used for the projects, Gene Van Horne did not get paid and Reaper Miniatures stepped in with a care package for all Team Frog Studios backers. Paul Lidberg, despite problems with his own projects, and alleged lack of communication, had also been noted, with some ire, as backing other Kickstarter projects.
