Terror Of The Lichemaster
Citadel Miniatures produced the scenario pack Terror Of The Lichemaster for "Warhammer Fantasy Battle (2nd edition)". It was billed as "Arcane Architecture - Village Pack Two"and was designed by Rick Priestley and Dave Andrews. There were 3 linked scenarios in the pack and it was released at the start of 1986. The pack included cardboard cutout figures, cardboard buildings and a detailed campaign. This was where the infamous Heinrich Kemler was introduced to the Warhammer World. A follow-up scenario called Vengeance Of The Lichemaster was later published in the "Citadel Journal Spring 86".
The scenario pack got its own special miniatures deal where you could buy Citadel miniatures to use instead of the cardboard figures - this was shown on a flyer that came inside the box, but a similar deal was shown on the "Terror on the Streets" flyer (minus 2 figures). Despite this pack being in the slotta era, several of these are older solid based figures. The pack also contains the only mention of a coming soon scenario pack called "Treacher Island" to be set in Lustria.
Note: Gimbrin Finehelm is unique to this scenario pack, and Heinrich Kemler and Mikael Jacsen are unique to this scenario and the follow-up Vengeance scenario deal.
