The Duelling Circles of Khorne was a scenario that appeared as an insert in the CP3 Troglodytes box set. The scenario used the models from the box set plus additional models, likely selected from existing ranges, which weren’t included. The scenario was written by Bryan Ansell and described the gladiatorial arena on the granite island of Old Horvenghaast (an island city constructed by the Slann and now occupied by Chaos).

• Other than the Troglodytes the red and black gladiators were the only other miniatures advertised for purchase on the insert (although no images were provided).
• The Red and Black Gladiators shown appear to be the most likely candidates and Bryan Ansell both wrote the scenario and sculpted the figures.
