Chaos Wars
Ral Partha published a set of wargame rules in 1987 called Rules According to Ral: Chaos Wars. A range of Chaos Wars branded miniatures and box sets was brought out to supplement it. The first blister pack, 99-001, was included in the Chaos Wars rules box set. The others are a bit of a mystery. They never were listed in any of the Ral Partha catalogs and a guess is that they were special packs made available to the Chaos Wars fan club. For the most part these packs contain figures taken from various other ranges. The standard bearer in the 99-015 appears to be unique to the set.

This short range of box sets was listed in the 1986 catalog (page 13) and then never mentioned again. From the names of the various sets it seems that the models were merged into or simply became the Fantasy Armies (Ral Partha) range.

Box Sets
- The 10-417, 10-418, 10-419 and 10-420 product codes fit into this Chaos Wars boxed set section but of all of those boxes seen so far none of them explicitly mention Chaos Wars - this could simply be a later box cover variant just like 10-416 which has both a Chaos Wars cover and a non-Chaos Wars cover.
