FASA bought Ral Partha in 1998 and Miniatures of Aventuria was one of the final miniature ranges brought out by Ral Partha & FASA before they went out of business in 2000. The Ral Partha blister packs state ©2000 on the back.

This range was licensed from the German company FanPro and tied into the Das Schwarze Auge RPG (see The Dark Eye). The range does not appear in any of the Ral Partha catalogues. Around the same time, the licensing of the DSA ranges in the UK & Europe was given to Ral Partha Europe who still produce this range of figures today. The original numbering scheme was not retained by Ral Partha.
