It is likely that this series is not even by Ral Partha since it was in the "Imports" catalog which featured products previously offered by Citadel Miniatures, US (the North American daughter-company of the UK's Citadel Miniatures) and a single range of Laserburn figures from Tabletop Games. Neither of these companies appear to be responsible for this range - so this series is either by an unknown third party or by Ral Partha itself.
