Citadel's ORC1 Orc Rock Lobber set was sculpted by Kev Adams and Norman Swales. It first appeared in the green "Catalogue Section 3" (1992). [1] with a product code prefix of "ORC 1" (unlike most of the catalogue which used numerical product codes).
