About the Range

This series of RuneQuest boxed sets was introduced in 1982 and it was first mentioned in the Yellow catalogue. [3] Box Sets 8 and 9 were never released. There were alternate versions of a few of the boxes and the figures were later released as part of a blister pack series which also contained new figures. The final mention was in the Second Compendium [7] as "Chaos Broo". In addition the SS6 White Dwarf Personalities box set contained two characters named after Gloranthian personalities - Wolfhead and Griselda [2] - who were NPCs in Oliver Dickinson's Griselda stories published in early White Dwarf issues. Citadel did not have the rights to sell the RuneQuest figures in the USA but a company called Trollkin Forge sold the sets in North America for them. [1]
