Citadel released two boxed sets of miniatures to support the role-playing game "Golden Heroes" which was created by Simon Burley [5] and Peter Haines and published in the UK by Games Workshop. They also produced the C40 Superheroes series to expand upon these box sets. The figures were sculpted by Aly Morrison. The Santa Cruz Warhammer Blog by Mike de Boer has a great article on the history of the Golden Heroes range.[3]
