I thought we were leaving Citadel to the Collecting Citadel Miniatures WIKI???

Hi TDD,

We’re not encouraging our members to add to the Citadel pages here. I post my Citadel images over at CCM Wiki and not here. Those who ask for a Lost Minis account solely to work on our Citadel section are directed to the CCM Wiki and advised to post their Citadel images there. However, if any of our members do add to our Citadel section, there isn't much we can do about it, other than to follow them around deleting their work, which I don’t think is so necessary since the few images and low growth we have on our Citadel pages doesn’t devalue the great work done over at CCM Wiki anyway.

I do think we need a Citadel section here, since some manufacturers have an important history linked with Citadel that needs to be documented. Also, our user Mysticat added some Citadel sections, which were needed for cross referencing on her Topical Galleries project.

Well, I guess I didn't get this memo... I have greatly expanded the Citadel ranges starting with tidying up what already existed. After that I started adding new sets that we weren't covering because they interested me (the boardgames stuff and C series). I actually monitored for several months how many mentions LMW, CCM and SoL were getting on eBay and came to the conclusion that we needed to engage with the Citadel collectors to grow our audience... and ignoring the huge user base that exists for Citadel wasn't doing us any favours. In addition, I now sit behind an Amazon VPN and both CCM and Stunties block Amazon - this pretty much means those sites are dead to me as a reference (for well over a year now - unless I get my phone out or kill the VPN). Just mentioning all this for the record as I've finally found this comment and feel a little bit guilty. - Cattwister 10:32, 6 June 2018 (UTC)
